FAQ

01. How do we book you for the wedding?

Because I limit my calendar to just 4 to 6 select weddings per year, I use a structured application process to ensure we are a perfect fit for each other's style and vision.

  • To secure a booking, clients must go through an application phase. This is designed to ensure a perfect mutual fit for both the couple's vision and the photographer's distinct style.
  • The process begins by navigating to the Get In Touch section and clicking the Contact Me button to initiate communication and check availability.

02. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, I do travel for destination weddings, provided the event and required travel dates fall over a Friday to Sunday window.

Because my calendar is strictly limited to just 4 to 6 select weddings per year, keeping destination travel within this weekend block allows me to give each couple's event my undivided attention and meticulous planning.

If you are planning a weekend destination wedding and want to see if we are a perfect fit, you can start the process by heading over to the Get In Touch section on the site and clicking the Contact Me button to share your details and check availability.

03. How do you handle family photos on the wedding day?

Family formals are an incredibly important part of the day, but they shouldn't feel like a chaotic chore. To keep things seamless, efficient, and stress-free, the process is built around meticulous prep and zero guesswork:

The Custom Blueprint: Long before the wedding day, we will collaborate on a comprehensive, written family photo itinerary. This list names every individual in every specific group configuration so no one is forgotten.

The Game Plan: By organizing the combinations ahead of time, we can typically move through family formals in a brisk, organized fashion. This ensures grandparents and parents are honored without missing out on the celebration.

Assisted Coordination: To keep things moving smoothly without me having to shout over a crowd, I highly recommend designating a trusted family member or a member of the wedding party who knows the faces on both sides. They can act as our "wrangler" to gather the next group up while I focus entirely on directing and shooting.

The ultimate goal is to create beautiful, timeless portraits of the people you love most, while getting you back to your cocktail hour and guests as quickly as possible.

04. Do you offer engagement sessions?

Absolutely! Every wedding story is enhanced by capturing the chapter right before you say "I do."

An engagement session is the perfect opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera, discover your best angles, and establish a relaxed rhythm together long before the wedding day timeline kicks in.

The Experience: These sessions are designed to be fun, authentic, and tailored to your dynamic as a couple. Whether you want to shoot in a meaningful urban setting, a scenic outdoor landscape, or an elegant, stylized environment, we will collaborate on the perfect location and feel.

How it Helps Your Wedding Day: Think of the engagement session as a dress rehearsal. By the time your wedding day arrives, you will already be pros at directing and interacting naturally, allowing us to move quickly and capture genuine, effortless portraits.

If you would like to include an engagement session as part of your custom wedding collection, we can discuss the details during your initial application review. To get started, head over to the Get In Touch section and click the Contact Me button to check availability.
